How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in the provided ALCO pouch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Does ALCO Jewelry offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty on all jewelry items covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
